On August 1st, Spijker en Co took a significant step in its digital growth journey: we officially became a member of Agency Mavericks, an international team of coaches specializing in digital marketing. This collaboration gives us access to a wealth of knowledge and guidance, enabling us to grow and serve our clients even better.
The Road to Agency Mavericks
Our first encounter with Agency Mavericks took place last year during a conference week in Washington. It was an inspiring experience where we first gained insight into the power of targeted digital marketing strategies. Since then, we’ve worked hard to prepare our organization. We’ve undergone several training sessions and adjusted our internal processes to be ready for the next step.
Weekly Coaching: Climbing to the Top Together
The weekly coaching sessions with Agency Mavericks are an essential part of our growth. We systematically work on improving our digital marketing skills and strategies. This enables us to offer services such as our Digital Marketing Workshops. During these workshops, we work closely with our clients to understand their business needs. We spend 2-3 hours getting to know their team and analyzing their target audience. Together, we define the success criteria for their digital marketing projects. Based on these insights, we create a customized 12-month roadmap to help them achieve their business goals.
European Growth: Collaborating with Specialists
To strengthen our marketing services across Europe, we’ve established a network of digital marketing specialists in various countries. We’ve begun expanding our collaboration into England, Germany, and France, with plans to be active in other European countries soon. This international cooperation allows us to better serve our clients throughout Europe, with local expertise that enhances the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.
Global Collaboration: Flexibility and Efficiency
In addition to our European expansion, we are also working on scaling our own team. Over the past year, we’ve successfully built a partnership with a team of developers in Ukraine. This collaboration has helped us operate more flexibly and efficiently. We are now expanding this partnership to teams in Thailand and the Philippines, enabling us to better meet our clients’ needs and continuously improve ourselves.
